Fastcopy

FastCopy is a free portable replacement for the Standard Windows Explorer Copy and Delete system. The software and all source codes have been opened to the public in the BSD license.
The Software supports Windows 98/Me/NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista operating systems but also works on Windows 7. FastCopy is very lightweight and provides faster transfer of files between hard drives and copying of files within the same drive. It also includes Windows shell integration.
The usage of FastCopy is very simple, you simply select the source and destination directory. You also have the option of selecting what to do if the file already exists at the destination; you can either overwrite, create new or delete existing in case file already exists. When two or more Source is specified it delimits it by the semicolon. When the CTL key is pushed at the drag & drop to Source, it becomes added to a present content of Source. You can also add Window shell extension, by which you will be able to select FastCopy by right clicking the file.
